To download individual creative units, right-click the unit you would like, 'Save Image As...'
If you would like all of the creative units click 'File', 'Save Page As...', make sure 'Webpage, Complete' is selected and hit 'Save'. Now whereever you saved the webpage you will also find a folder called 'assets_files'. Inside you will find all of the images.
